Design, supply and installation of Siroch Bahrom 115KV substation.
【Project Overview 】
As a key project for the upgrade of the regional power grid, we undertook the construction of the Siroch Bahrom 115KV substation under the EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) contract model. The project started from scratch and we completed a comprehensive range of tasks including site survey, system planning, integration design of primary and secondary equipment, programming of protection and control automation systems.
We supplied all core equipment such as GIS combined electrical apparatus, main transformers, and relay protection panels. During the installation and construction phase, we overcame the difficulties of transportation and construction in mountainous areas and ultimately completed a modern substation with remote monitoring, intelligent diagnosis, and unmanned operation capabilities. The commissioning of this station significantly enhanced the power supply reliability and power quality in the southern region of Tajikistan, and it is a model project of power cooperation along the "Belt and Road" initiative.
After replacing the energy-saving transformer, the factory's average monthly electricity consumption has dropped by about 15%. The no-load loss and load loss are significantly lower than the national standard. The electricity bill saved by long-term use is close to the equipment purchase cost, and the cost-effectiveness is outstanding.
